Wedding Save the Date Cards
Wedding Save the Date Postcards
Save The Date cards are used if you are having a destination wedding, getting married interstate or perhaps at a busy time of year.
Save the Date Cards are sent out to your guests giving them advance notice of your wedding date and place. This gives them time to arrange time of work, and any travel plans that are required.
When do I post Save The Date Cards?
Save the Date wedding cards should be sent 6 months prior to your wedding date.

What information do I need to include on Save the Date Cards?
The only details that are required on the cards is your wedding date and the place of your wedding. All other information such as directions, pre wedding breakfast details or registry details should be included on your invitation and message cards which are sent out closer to your wedding date.
Who do I send the Save The Date Cards too?
You should send the cards to your full list of guests. If you are unsure of the final list, do not send out the cards to guests with a question mark next to their names. Just because they do not receive a save the date card, doesn’t mean you cant send them an invitation. But if you do send them a save the date – an invitation must follow!
What stationery design should I choose?
Save the date cards should match your wedding stationery. The cards are your guests first impression of your wedding day, and the theme and mood of the event when they receive the cards.
