What is a wedding name menu card?

As the name suggests, the name-menu card is a combination of your wedding menu and name placecards.  They are a cost effective and unique way to decorate your tables.

How should I word my name menu card?

At the top of your name menu card, your guest’s first name is printed in large lettering, followed by your menu in smaller print.   
Start with the appetizer, followed by main course (including vegetarian option) and the desert.  Don’t forget to put tea and coffee at the bottom if it is going to be available. 
You may also choose to put what beverages are available. 
If you are having a buffet style dinner, you may want to list the buffet choices and beverages that are being offered.

What design should my name-menu cards be in?

When should I order my name-menu cards?

The name-menu cards will be one of the last stationery items you need to order.  Most wedding venues won’t confirm the final menu until 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.  Also, you will need to wait for your RSVPs to be returned so you have the names to put onto your cards.  Order the cards as soon as you have both the names and the menu – don’t leave it to the last minute, as most orders take around 3 weeks to complete.
