Ordering

How do I place an order?
It is easy. Choose your invitation design from our website, complete and email the order form to us and then arrange payment by Credit card using Paypal, Money order, cheque or direct deposit into our account at -

Once full payment is received, we will begin processing your invites.

How do I know Ginger Designs have received my order?
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. If you have not received confirmation within 2 working days, please contact us at info@gingerdesigns.com.au

I live overseas, can I still place an order?
Yes, we can arrange international delivery of our invites. Extra postage charges will apply and you will need to allow extra time for delivery. For further information, please email us at info@gingerdesigns.com.au

What if I haven't ordered enough invites?
Due to the high cost of doing small print runs we recommend ordering at least 5 extra invites with your initial order to cover last minute invitations and keepsakes.

Design

Can we have our guests names printed on our wedding invitation?
Yes, this is available at a surcharge of $75. Our excel spreadsheet template will need to be completed with your guest names if you choose this option. The template will be forwarded to you to on receipt of your order.

Do you have RSVP and thank you cards?
To complement your invitation we offer rsvp and thank-you cards matching your invite design. Please contact us for further information.

Do you have a shopfront that I can view your invite range?
We do not have a retail store, however we are happy to send you out an invite sample and a colour card free of charge.

What type of card will my invite be printed on?
Your invitations are printed on a high quality 350 gsm card with a matte laminate finish. The printing process is a premium 7 colour print process that ensures vibrant colours.

Do I get envelopes with my invitations?
Yes, all invitations come with envelopes in shimmer metallic white.

What pen should I use to write on the invites?
We suggest using a waterproof marker pen and testing the pen for smudging and drying time on a spare invite.

I need some help with my wedding invitation wording
Contact us and we will email you some wording suggestions.

Can I get magnets for my wedding invitaitons?
We can suppy magnets for your invitations at .40c per magnet, you will need to attach the magnets on receipt of your invitaitons.

Colours

Will the colour be the same as on the web page?
Colours will vary between computer screens. This depends on your screen calibration and monitor set-up. Ginger Designs is not responsible for any variation of printed invite colour to your computer screen colour. To be happy with your colour selection, we recommend contacting us for a copy of our colourcard so you can see the print colours.

 

I like the design, but is it possible to change the colour?
Yes, changes can be made to the colour of any of our designs. Just choose your preferred colour from our colour chart.

Can I order samples?
Yes, we offer a free sample so that you can see the quality of our wedding invitations. Click here to order a sample

Proofs

What is an e-proof?
An e-proof is a draft of your invitation based on your order details and will be emailed to you for final approval. You will need to check that all the details are correct before authorising us to print.

Delivery

How long does it take to receive the invites?
Normally 2 weeks, confirmation will be given on receipt of order

How will my order be sent to me?
Your order will be sent registered mail with Australia Post.

Do you have a priority service?
Yes, if you need your wedding invitations in a rush, orders can be processed in a shorter time frame. Contact us for a quote.

What do I do if I haven't received my invites?
Please call us on 03 86838724 during business hours or send us an email.

Payment

How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card using PayPal, Money order, Cheque (Allow 7 days for processing) or by direct deposit into our bank account at ANZ.

Refunds

What is your refund policy?
No refund will be given once the proof has been issued.

What if there is a mistake when I receive the invites?
If an error is made on behalf of Ginger Designs, we will reprint free of charge. However, errors that have been approved for printing by you will be reprinted at a cost to you. It is your responsibility to check the wording to ensure it is correct before giving us authority to print.
